學校環境

學校就在UC Berkeley附近，位於住宅區中。建物本身不大，若不特別注意，大概不會發現這裡是一間語言學校。附近的環境很適合散步或慢跑(當地人十分愛慢跑，遇見的機率十分高)，喜歡安靜悠閒感的人應該會喜歡這裡。

上課方式
上課主要以活動的方式進行，依據當下之學習主題，或施行分組討論，或佐以遊戲增進練習及趣味，但也因此每堂課進度有限，所學也有限。若期望學習更多文法及單字，或增加口說練習，就得在課後仰賴自身的努力。分班採分級制度，要晉級似乎不算太難，只是自身英語實力感覺上沒有相當符合分級，也許是各人強弱項目不同，但是以綜合實力來分級，因此還是得依據自身情況設法加強自己較弱的部分。若有任何學習上或是生活上的問題，都可以問學校人員，他們都很樂意幫忙。

同學
這裡的學生多是來自亞洲及中南美洲，因此較不容易聽到正統腔調的英文，可以將此視為一種訓練，畢竟國際化的社會，勢必會碰到各國用不同腔調說英語的人。由於各國國情不同，怕吵的人可能會對某些同學有〝深刻〞的印象，建議最好不要住在校外宿舍，除非你是個容易〝融入〞的人。

其他
假日時除了可以到舊金山，也可以搭BART去El Cerrito走走，華人超市(99 Ranch Market)就在鄰近的Richmond地區。

我已經在這邊念書四個月了在語文學校裡面，老師跟學生幾乎都是無話不談想要跟美國人近距離接觸這邊真的是不錯的選擇

課就是很普通的英文課只是同學是外國人

餐廳中間的鋼琴太吵吃飯時都聽不到對方在講什麼

室友人很好

Q:華人學生部分，你覺得這會影響到你的學習嗎？
華人太多

Q:你覺得在學習過程中，你的英文有進步嗎？
還好覺得應該還是要和美國當地學生相處才會真正進步

Q:這一次的遊學過程，跟你當初預期的有落差嗎？

I'm doing really well here, thanks !! yeah~~ Chinese, or i should say TAIWANESE here are in amazingly great number !! Probably because it's during summer vacation...

but you know what?? i don't feel regret to have chosen BERKELEY as the location to study.

The environment here is unexpectedly great, and i got adapted to everything well and quickly.

Due to its being a university town, it's all peace and safe that I can travel around SF by BART with my friends until late at night.

Not until that I came to America did i realize that it really doesn't matter if there's a lot of Chinese at school.You can still make really good friends with them , even after going back to Taiwan.Another reason is that i've found actually European don't really let Asian go into their world.And so as for Asian to European. Maybe it's resulted from races or appearance difference. But there are still some kind European, like my rooomate, who is an Italian.We talked a lot and shared our culture.

Though when being with most Taiwanese or Chinese, it's been really hard to stop myself from speaking in Chinese, but you cannot doubt that my English also improved little by little by practicing with teachers and classmates on daily basis. (exactly that we have people from all over the world and there's less Chinese)

i really enjoy my life here, even though the homework is quite annoying sometimes.( I'm going to have an specific presentation tomorrow, AW!) Thanks for your concerning, anyway.
