我二星期前就回台灣囉！玩的很開心，謝謝哦！

Q:學校整體環境如何？
大致上不錯，該有的設備都有，離市區也很近，唯一美中不足就是上了四星期，有二位代課老師，老師固定率較不高

Q:學校的教學方式如何？課程安排內容大約是甚麼？
    老師和學生問答較多，課程多為閱讀方面

Q:喜歡學校的教學方式嗎？喜歡課程安排內容嗎？或有那部分要改進的?
    還滿喜歡的，但也可以多安排校外活動

Q:假日都做哪些娛樂活動呢？(如旅行或參加任何活動)
    學校的課外活動不錯，我都有參加，像Mt. Rainier，棒球賽及harbor cruise

Q:學校最吸引你的地方？和需要改進的地方？
    我的老師都很專業，學到不少，改進地方是學校可以多安排一些班際間交流活動，可以多認識其他人及老師

Q:語言課程的學生大概有幾人呢？都是哪些國家的學生？
    大概有10-12人，有saudi arabian, korean, thai, spanish, taiwanese

Q:宿舍的生活如何呢?
    我沒住宿

Q:其他值得分享的事情?
    西雅圖是很適合遊學的城市

不知道沒什麼好玩的

地區挺不錯的!改進?我們好像改不了什麼

幾十近百吧幾乎阿拉伯還有韓國

Q:住宿環境好嗎?你喜歡嗎?大概是長什麼樣呢?
像公寓套房樓中樓一浴室算還可以廚具跟很多東西都有準備

我轟爸覺得我很獨立又很好搞
哇~真的耶~~~時間過好快喔...

開學小考 speaking 期中考小考speaking 期末考一直輪迴...一下一期就過了
如果我說我都忙著在student center唸書...你一定不相信XD
不過我是真的在唸書啦~~~我現在108~~~已經不是106隨便邊挖鼻孔邊念就行的
來這邊一段時間了...感覺英文有爆炸性的提升...因為本來就沒多少尤其是聽力和speaking XD

兩個人的話住homestay不太划算也不方便...而且要遇到好的homestay不容易
(話說我現在跟我的homestay橋好......

回歸正題兩個人的話個人覺得可以租房子
在這邊如果是要租房子的話...一個套房大概價位在900~1100左右都有...(美金)
不過麻煩的是大部分都要一次簽半年約...水電另計沒有家具，不過有廚房，微波爐烤箱電爐洗碗機一應俱全
設備還不錯...不過貴了點就是了...seattle物價算蠻高的...如果還需要什麼資訊我可以幫忙問

我上個學期結束的假期很熱血的跑去加拿大玩了四天
很熱血，決定到出發不到一個禮拜，出發當天早上我才去辦簽證XD
(沒辦法他只有早上收件，平常早上要上課，你看我很認真吧)
我們租車開車去，從SEATTLE到溫哥華實際開車時間大概只要三個多小時...
不過在FREEWAY上等過海關等了兩個小時=.=去跟回來都一樣...
回來入境美國的時候很好笑海關就問了一些普通制式的問題
後來問我們有沒有帶啥食物?因為我們帶了一桶炸雞...
我們就回答他炸雞，他馬上接著問"Can give me keys?"
不過我們整車人都聽成"Can give me piece?"XD
然後就把炸雞拿給他...全部人笑翻...他只是要車鑰拾呀XD
海關先生一直強調...他真的沒有要炸雞...雖然他看起來很想吃XD

恩恩~我昨天到的~~~
Homestay人都很好，兩個小朋友很有趣，五歲的小弟弟一直想找我玩，但一直被他媽阻止 XD
他們都叫我的英文名字Alex，但他媽規
他的小朋友要叫我"Uncle" Alex...媽呀uncle...馬上老一截...我不想當uncle...XD
跟homestay溝通大致上沒啥問題，今天坐公車去了Seattle University那邊看了一下, 美國大學果然比較有fu..
一比我們逢甲就遜掉了...逢甲大門晚上很像夜市裡的公園...XD

Hhomestay周一~週五只供應三餐~but我有問轟媽說我能自己從家裡帶嗎~她說ok!!!
所以我平常除了每個月公車卡以外(一個月54塊搭到爽)，很少花到什麼錢
阿痘啊都很講哩，跟他們溝通好就ok，例如他們很少吃蔬菜，我就請轟媽幫我準備兩大包生菜平常可以帶去當午餐
我也能用廚房自己煮些東西吃...所以請再跟我大聲複頌：homestay動蒜啦!!!
(以後可以強烈建議要來唸的學生住homestay~平常就可以練英文!!!XD)
Seattle周邊都蠻漂亮的，尤其是北邊那邊一整個讚，我已經連兩個禮拜天跑去那邊亂晃
Seatle公車很發達，不過有點難懂路線太多，上Seattle公車的網站可以查到所有路線，所以在Seattle移動是很簡單的事
Google Map+公車網站=無敵所以我來兩個禮拜大概就把方位那邊有什麼摸清楚了XD
我本來就想再美國買我的第二把吉他，因為美國北台灣便宜太多了
所以先在google上找到seattle這邊一間腰壽大間樂器行
昨天就跑去用力的逛，真的很讚，我在台灣還沒看過這麼大間的...五個人進去出來可以組個團
稍微試彈了三四把，呼~高檔琴就是不一樣...我還彈到一把Taylor的夢幻9系列(你只要把它想成吉他界中的BMW就行了)
共鳴很恐怖，呼彈的我心癢癢...我大概沒事就會跑去試，找到我第二把小老婆...XD
目前物色到一把Martin 000CX1E...呼...真是讚...XD
最後要感謝你在申請學校時幫了我很多忙甘溫啊!!!

I’ve been studying at ELS-Seattle for exactly a year. When I came to the U.S., I didn’t have any friends at all. However, as time went by, I meet many great students at ELS and we are now friends. It’s a very good chance to meet international students and learn other cultures.
In addition, I met such great teachers at ELS!

They are always willing to help and advise me in life. Our student advisors , staff are really
kind to me and I see them as friends. I’ll never forget studying at ELS with all the wonderful people. I will cherish memories of ELS. ELS Seattle is the best place to study and I strongly recommend it to everyone.

I came to ELS because I needed to learn English for my future job. ELS is completely
different to any other school in my country. ELS is really good because it’s effective. I practice English all the time with teachers, classmates, and the staff. Everyone is so kind and if you have any problem or don’t understand something, they are so happy to help you. The ELS classes are different because you learn vocabulary, grammar, and speaking in small groups. Teachers don’t just lecture us and give us homework. I’m so happy to be at ELS because
I have learned a lot. Most importantly, I can keep a conversation now! In my country, I have tried for so many years to learn English but it was impossible.

In order to achieve my personal goals, I chose ELS-Seattle to start my life in
America. I have made several good friends from different cultures. ELS is a
great place where I can make my dreams come true. It is a bridge to connect
to American culture. I’m able to broaden my view of this world. I discovered
myself as a gregarious person. I have many hilarious teachers with great
intelligence. They expanded my knowledge not only in English abilities but
also through culture. Thanks to all the teachers and staff for fulfilling my
dreams in America.

Looking back at my life at ELS, I know it wasn’t always just an easy time. It was harder than I expected to improve my English and adapt myself to the American culture. However, I can say that ELS helped me to grow up and to have many great experiences.
I will never forget one of my projects in an elective class. The class was movie English and
we had to make a film on a very tight schedule. At that time, I was working with a guy from Saudi Arabia. He supported me a lot while making the film and we made a great movie! Now he has become my best friend in Seattle. If we were to ever live far away from each other, I would always consider him a very close friend. ELS gave me the opportunity to make these kinds of
friends. I will never forget my great experiences at ELS!

When I first came to ELS Seattle, I was surprised that everyone was really kind and friendly. I was worried about the life in America but as soon as I arrived here, I fell in love with Seattle, especially ELS! All of the staff and teachers are willing to help me if I have any problems. I
can enjoy many activities and parties. I can meet many friends who have diverse backgrounds and are from all around the world. Seattle is a very beautiful and fantastic place. It has well-developed transportation system, and I don’t need my own car. This is one of many great things about Seattle!

I think I made a great choice when I decided to come to ELS Seattle. The ELS staff and teachers make me feel so comfortable, it’s like if I were at home. I had the opportunity to meet many people from different countries and learn many things about their cultures.
